Elegance Salon

My sister booked this place months in advance for us to get ready for our cousin's engagement party. The process to book was smooth and I assumed they were very good since it was a while to get a booking. The salon was nicely decorated, clean and very busy. There were many staff members who were all doing various treatments on customers and I could tell it was a popular place to come get your wedding/events hair and makeup done.We were booked so each of us would have someone working on our hair and later our eye makeup so we could start/finish together and also have enough time to go home and get ready and be on time for the event. Simply put, the first person out of my party left 45 minutes late from the salon and the last person left close to 90 minutes late from the salon. We were displeased and surprised that there was no explanation, apology, nothing. Many other customers were also really behind in their events due to the salon being so backed up.Since we were going to be running so late, we asked if we could skip the eyemakeup service then and just do our own quickly at home instead. They said we would have to still pay for it in full since it was part of the booking. I understand that policy however we were running behind due to THE SALON not because we showed up late or decided we just didn't want the service anymore. Most places waive certain fees, give you a credit, something but this was not the case here.The owner kept being rough with the hair , understandably she was in a rush, but it should not hurt to have our hair combed.Other than the running late and lack of professionalism with policies, I think they did a good job on hair and makeup.

After having to cancel two appointments (in advance), the salon allowed me to have the deposit I paid as credit on file to use within a certain period of time. I used it to get my mom and aunt's hair and makeup done for a reception in the summer. They were so happy with the results. My aunt especially, who was visiting us and received numerous compliments. Thank you for making it so special for them. It felt so good to be able to treat them and that they had a positive experience!

I had the absolute pleasure of having Dima as my hair and makeup artist for 1 event and just makeup artist for another. She absolutely slayed my makeup on both days without me giving her a picture or a lot of direction. If you give her a general idea of what you want, she will give you the absolute best makeup based on your features. When she did my hair, it lasted all night and did not move one bit even after all the dancing. She is extremely talented and hands down the best artist I have ever worked with. I will definitely be booking with her the next time that I am in town! Would highly recommend her if you want an elevated look that will have all eyes on you!

I got my balayage, cut and style done from Meriana and I absolutely loved my experience. She was attentive and listened to my needs and absolutely nailed it. I got exactly what I wanted and she was efficient with it as well. Will definitely be going back to her!

I had my e-shoot makeup and hair done by Dima and I couldn't believe how good it looked! She was so patient with my overly sensitive and watery eyes! I would definitely recommend Dima - Senior artist, she made me look and feel amazing!

Nim did my Bridal Hair and Makeup and I could not have been happier! She was a professional from start to finish. She dedicated time a few weeks before to make sure we had a vision for my events. On the day of, she made me feel calm and certain that she'd do whatever it took to get me to my desired look. I felt absolutely beautiful at all my events!! She even went as far as getting me food and coffee to put my nerves at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone and anyone looking for bridal hair and makeup for their special day. Nim and her team never disappoint! I've been coming here for all of my family events since 2015 and I always leave feeling great about my look. I was just at the salon this past weekend to get dolled up fory daughter's first birthday party, with 3 of my family members and all of us loved our looks!
